  • You achieve sales targets and specific performance metrics in
    line with business strategies for yourself and for the team
  • You expand our existing customer base through B2B
    Direct-Sales-Model
  • You are in control of the whole Deal-Life-Cycle from 2nd
    qualification, validation, until closing
  • You transfer the new customer to our Customer Success Team
    after the closed deal
  • You analyze customers needs within our markets while
    cooperating with Management in order to systematically
    identify and understand customer requirements and constantly
    optimize across the new market
  • You constantly seek to improve our work while
    increasing the quality and efficiency of our sales
    processes 
  • You work with a data-driven scalable mindset
  • You speak fluent business German to our customers and fluent
    English (our internal working language)
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in account management,
    ideally in hospitality, retail DTC, or in other SaaS companies
  • You can inspire customers, and you distinguish yourself through
    closing strength and follow-up skills
  • You are quick to grasp and easily familiarize yourself with new
    applications such as Jira and Salesforce
  • You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and adapt
    flexibly to change
  • You bring proven work experience as an Account Manager
  • You are familiar with sales performance metrics
  • You have strong analytical and organizational skills
  • You are used to working fully independently, owning your own
    tasks, targets, and projects
  • You are structured and self-motivated
  • You are comfortable in an IT structure and environment
