Each of
the 20 trainee positions is unique, linked
to a department within a specific business area and a working
location. This means that each position has its own specific
responsibilities, challenges and matching profile. 

Who are you?

Whether you want a climate smarter career as an energy
specialist, visionary manager or inspirational project lead in the
energy sector, we offer you these possibilities within
the Trainee Programme.  We are looking for recent
graduates with an academic agree or students who will graduate
before September 2020. You are fluent in English. Skills
in other world languages can be a merit. Furthermore, you are
willing to relocate for possible assignments throughout the
organization. Of course, you identify yourself with our
principles: active, open, positive and safe. 

As a Trainee Foundation Manufacturing you recognize yourself in the
following qualifications:

• University degree in Engineering, Civil/Mechanical Engineering
  & Renewable Energy Systems or equivalent
• Preferably knowledge of the Wind business and interest in the
  area of „Foundation Manufacturing“
• Technical mindset and basic understanding of project
  management
• Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and
  PowerPoint
• First experience in dealing with complex issues, problems and
  challenges
• Highly motivated, communicative, pro-active and you enjoy
  working in a team

What do we expect from you as Trainee Foundation
Manufacturing

This position is located in the German Foundations Department
which is the competence center for all civil and structural related
aspects of a wind farm offshore, supplying cradle to cradle
services, technical competences and project management all under
one roof.

Key responsibilities:

• Work within the project management of Foundations from
  development projects to executional projects
• Assisting the project team in the foundation fabrication sub
  package on all daily aspects such as:
• Acquire and assess data, draft reports and
  compile results in presentations together with various expert
• Preparation on package related monthly
  reporting
• Assure integration of HSE and Quality
  requirements within the fabrication of foundations
• Support on interface setting within the foundation package and
  other cross departments/ packages
