Throughout the course of the 18 / 24-month program based in
Germany you will experience new challenges, exciting opportunities
and the chance to network internationally. The program will give
you an in-depth insight into our business and help you to explore
and further develop your expertise. Individual mentoring and a
buddy from day one will give you the best possible foundation for
the next step in your career at Uniper! 

Your qualifications:

• A successfully completed degree preferably in business
  engineering or comparable
• Interested in getting a good understanding of Uniper’s
  business
• Relevant internships and/or working student placements
• Entrepreneurial thinking combined with a strong business
  acumen
• Understanding of digital technologies, trends and their fields
  of application
• A strong will in taking over responsibility and improving
  structures and processes
• Strive to work together in teams and very good communication
  skills 
• Highly proactive and mobile with a hands-on and self-reflective
  personality
• Very good written and verbal German and English language
  skills 

Your responsibilities:

• Within the Uniper Trainee Program, you will have to chance to
  explore our company and to work in various business
  departments
• There is the chance to conduct placements outside of your area
  of expertise and help you explore your strengths
• You will also have the chance to bring-in and enhance your
  social and team work skills
• You will support our Asset Operations function by
  elaborating and implementing our strategic sales direction
  derived from the mid- and long term key beliefs of Uniper Energy
  Storage
• You will be actively involved in the digital transformation
  process of Germany’s largest gas storage operator
• You will get profound insights into the technical processes of
  our storage facilities and derive & capture commercial
  optimization potentials
