Product Owner (m/w/d) (München)

As part of the product team in Munich you are responsible for the
products of the event management platform. Coordination with all
internal and external stakeholders is just as much a part of your
agenda as the elaborating of ideas in your product team and
steeringthe developers. A close contact to the customer, the
professional event organizers, helps you to advance your products
in a market-oriented way. You deeply understand the extensive
product, consisting of web applications, eCommerce shop, mobile
apps and also developer interfaces (APIs) to serve as the key
internal contact person for all product related questions, as well
as to support the developers of partners and customers in the
implementation of connections to our API.

• Collaborate with your key stakeholders (Engineering, Data
  Science, Business Owner…) to define, prioritize, and execute a
  roadmap specifically designed to increase customer
  satisfaction
• Maintain a prioritized backlog that helps your team focus on
  delivering business value
• Generate user insights and validate them through prototyping,
  A/B testing, etc.
• Create product concepts in close collaboration with designers
  and engineers
• Manage your product KPIs and analyze product performance over
  time to increase user satisfaction and make a noticeable impact on
  the business KPIs

• First experience of software product management (e.g. you can
  demonstrate team management, skill in product prioritization,
  creating a roadmap, and product delivery)
• Analytical skills, lateral thinking, and experience in solving
  highly challenging problems
• Passion for digital products and a good grasp of web and mobile
  technologies
• An agile mindset and a good understanding of lean development
  practices
• Knowledge of online advertising models and their success
  drivers
• You are fluent in German and English
