Global Trainee Gardena (m/f/d)

Product Management & Developmentlocated in Ulm, GermanyThis
are your main tasks

Get an insight to Product Management and support our product
managers and directors on our product development process

Work on your own little product projects and support our product
managers in bigger launches

Understand the main stakeholders of the position of a product
manager and get insights to departments such as sales, marketing,
R&D and project management office

Learn how consumer insights are created and transferred into
product features

Understand the global challenges for the Gardena brand, our
market dynamics and work with market researchThis is you

We are looking for someone with a positive approach and a can-do
attitude, a team player to help us reach our goals. Since our
business needs are constantly changing we believe you have a
flexible and open mindset to quickly adapt to our organization. As
our Product Management Gardena Trainee you will be part of our
global team and mainly be based in Ulm, Germany.

You have strong skills in Analytics, Communication and
innovative thinking. You also have:

A bachelor or master degree with a focus on product management,
sales, marketing, or business administration – ideally with a
technical focus

High standard of written and spoken English and preferably
German

Excellent communication, drive and networking skills

Strong knowledge in Marketing, Business administration and
technical aspects

Pronounced interest in the product development and a passion for
gardeningThis is your application
