Field of activity
Corporate IT of Deutsche Börse Group is in charge of end user
workplace experience, voice & communication, application
development and operations for all group processes such as
Financial Core, Customer Care, Control & Corporate Processes,
as well as Deutsche Börse Group’s Reference Data Platform. We also
develop and operate our Enterprise Analytics and Digital Boardroom
which are the core of sharing and measuring our group’s success.

As a Head of Unit Purchasing, Facility & Contract Management
you will be responsible for people in different locations. You are

with other teams, encourage initiatives and showcase positive

Tasks/responsibilities

• Create a unique and mobile user experience for processes within
your scope like: purchasing of goods and services or implementation
of digital signatures and contract management
• Build a team and manage them across different locations –
establishing a service mentality and ownership as well as commit to
continuous expansion of your teams‘ knowledge and skillset
• Initiate and overview process creation and process improvement
projects, implementing a KPI driven thinking
• Your goal is to stay on top of market trends in technology,
people/skills, data to continuously evolve your organization
Qualifications/required skills
• You have led or significantly contributed in S4/Hana, SAP
projects and SAP ERP/MM
• Proven skills in SAP ARIBA, Fieldglass configuration and SAP
ERP/MM customization/enhancement
• Proven hands on development experience in ABAP OO with Eclipse or
WebUDI (Full Stack)
• Proven skills in HANA DB related development, knowledge in SQL /
noSQL are assets
• Knowledge in FIORI SAPUI5, ODATA, SAP Cloud Integration Gateway
is a plus
• You have affinity in using Cloud Platform Services
• Proven expertise in running agile project methodology and dev/ops
implementation projects
• Good communications skills, own initiatives, able to work
independently and excellent analytical skills round of your
profile
• You have strong presentation skills to internal and external
stakeholders up to C-Level – simple, smart, convincing
Additionally, you need to be a team player with good communication
skills, highly motivated, flexible and a good handling of MS Office
applications
