EXPLORE is our international Group Trainee Programme for future
management positions in the insurance business. Over a period of 24
months, this cross-divisional trainee programme will allow you to
explore three different companies under the umbrella of Munich Re
(Group). You will gain valuable insights into the insurance
business as a whole as well as into the specific areas of
reinsurance, primary insurance and asset management. EXPLORE is
tailored to give future leaders a firm professional grounding and
provide our Group with top talents.

You offer

• A master’s or doctoral degree and outstanding academic
  achieve-ments in economics, law, computer science or
  mathematics
• Genuine interest in a leadership career within the financial

  proficiency
