- You will be fully responsible for managing the end-to-end
recruitment process for roles assigned to you - You proactively recruit the best talent across the globe
- You build and manage close relationships with the key
stakeholders in your areas - You act as a true strategic business partner by educating key
stakeholders - You solve issues that may arise in the process
- You continuously track and analyze data to learn and make
improvements - You closely cooperate with the wider talent acquisition &
HR teams to share knowledge in order to ensure a great overall
candidate and employee experience - You run process improvements as well as employer branding
initiatives
- You are passionate about Talent Acquisition, sometimes a little
too much! - You have 4+ years of experience of 360 degrees, in-house
recruiting including active sourcing - You were optionally already able to gain experience in a
startup - You have an entrepreneurial mindset
- You understand and appreciate the power of data and what it can
do for you - You put candidate experience above everything else
- You proactively solve problems with a positive
approach. - You are able to partner with senior management, to gain their
trust and act as a strategic business partner on topics related to
talent acquisition, and beyond - You are excited about startups and able to thrive within one
while being resilient, self-organized, and proactive. - You are fluent in English must be fluent
- You optionally speak German
