Corporate IT of Deutsche Börse Group is in charge of end user
workplace experience, voice & communication, application
development and operations for all group processes such as
Financial Core, Customer Care, Control & Corporate Processes,
as well as Deutsche Börse Group’s Reference Data Platform. We also
develop and operate our Enterprise Analytics and Digital Boardroom
which are the core of sharing and measuring our group’s

As member of the Enterprise Analytics Team, you must be an
experienced and inspiring specialist in the dimensions of
technology and analytics with first proven record in strategic or
operational execution. You are a role model in a team of junior and
senior talents with diversity in experience, background, and
locations. Translating business (processes) into numbers and KPIs,
fully digital and automated, must be your DNA. You must embrace
transparency and simple access to data in an SAP and non-SAP
environment to help DBG Group to take decisions faster based on
reliable data. The perfect candidate for this role will have a “can
do” positive attitude.

Tasks/responsibilities

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to analyze, define
  and prioritize business requirements and translate them into
  technical specifications
• Develop and implement analytical data models including
  data visualization and dashboard design as well as advanced
  analytics solutions
• Integrate data from various data sources into a data
  warehouse
• Foster and drive our analytics and reporting
  culture
• Build, strengthen and maintain a close relationship to
  main stakeholder

Qualifications/required skills

• 6+ years experience in software industry with background
  in market leading software like SAP, Salesforce, Workday, or
  others
• Profound knowledge of BI activities (ETL processes, Data
  modelling, SQL) preferable based on SAP BW4/Hana
• Excellent knowledge of data visualization tools, e.g. SAP
  Analytics Cloud, SAP BO Analysis for Office, experience in other BI
  Tools like QlikSense, Power BI and Tableau is an
  advantage
• Strong process orientation and client focus, including
  constant benchmarking and measurement of delivery
• Deep understanding of business interdependencies and
  processes as well as pragmatic, solution- oriented working
  behaviour with respect to cost/benefit relations
• Good understanding of any of Big data solutions such as
  Google Big data, Google Big Query, Hadoop, Hive, HBase, MongoDB
  and/or MapReduce
• Experience in agile project methodologies
• Fluent in written and spoken English, German knowledge
  would be an asset
